Allu Aravind cutting 'Badrinath'

All the films compared with ‘Magadheera’ till now have bared the brunt at BO. Latest example being ‘Shakti’ that was released with too much hoopla had a sad unimpressive death. So, films like ‘Magadheera’ will not happen every time. Producer Allu Aravind knows this fact very well and that is the reason why he is trying to cut down the expectations on ‘badrinath’ which is indiscriminately compared to ‘Magadheera’ both by industry sources and general public.

Director VV Vianyak and producer Allu Aravind are requesting the audience not to make any comparisons between these two big budget flicks as they don’t have anything in common. Hmm…keeping hype in control will always help a flick to have long run and positive impact on audience. Wish that Geetha Arts remain struck to their job of curtailing the expectations on ‘badrinath.’

Allu Arjun’s Badrinath is better than Indra

Allu Arjun’s upcoming film Badrinath is a semi period movie in which Bunny is donning an all new avatar. VV Vinayak is directing this mega budget film on Geeta Arts banner. Allu Aravind, who produced magnum opus Magadheera is producing Badrinadh on par with the former.

Writer Chinni Krishna, who penned super hit stories such as Indra and Narasimhanaidu says that Badrinath script is even better than his previous scripts. “Actually I thought of directing this film. But the producer who accepted to produce this script under my direction has asked for a change in the story, for which I didn’t agree. This is a complete script and we can’t even change single scene as it will affect the whole screenplay,” he said. 

Allu Arjun’s business is yet to surpass Rs. 30 crore and the unit of Badrinath is confident that this movie will collect more than 40 crore as the budget of the film is almost close to that mark! 

Nagababu to do his next for Allu Arjun

Presently, Nagababu is producing ‘Orange’ with Ram Charan as hero on the banner of Anjana Productions. Earlier, Allu Aravind brought out ‘Magadheera’ with him. Now, Allu Aravind is doing ‘Badrinath’ with Allu Arjun and Nagababu is planning to do a film with the same hero for his next venture.

‘Orange’ is slated for release on November 26, while Badrinath would hit the screen as summer gift.

So, by every chance the film in the combination of Nagababu and Allu Arjun would be next year. However, the story, other star cast and technicians are yet to be finalized.

After Allu Arjun’s film, Nagababu may do a movie with Pawan Kalyan as hero.

'Badrinath' on the lines of 'Magadheera'

   

Mega Producer Allu Aravind looks to be eyeing on a record hit that is by every chance one step ahead to his historical ‘Magadheera.’ allu arjun and VV Vinyak’s ‘Badrinath’ going on lengthy schedules with extensions week by week, Allu Aravind is leaving the richness in content and movie output entirely on the shoulders of Hero and Director.

Exactly same was happened to ‘Magadheera,’ as Allu provided the budget as demanded by Rajamouli who gave a movie of lifetime for Ramcharan and Geetha Arts. On listing the capable directors in Tollywood; VV Vinayak always stands besides Rajamouli and that is the reason why Aravind has selected him for Arjun.
