Allu Arjun’s much awaited film Badrinath is in the final lap of shooting. Except for couple of songs and some patch work, the entire shooting of the film has been completed. The film, which is set in contemporary times, has a temple backdrop and Allu Arjun plays an Indian Samurai in the film. Tamannaah is his co-star and it’s her first film with Allu Arjun. V V Vinayak, who’s directing the film, is teaming up with Allu Arjun after Bunny. Prakash Raj plays an important role in the film. Parts of the filmwere shot near Kullu-Manali. The film is touted to have extravagant special effects which are being created under the aegis of National Award winning Visual Effects supervisor, Kamal Kannan who had earlier worked for Magadheera.
Allu Aravind is producing the film under Geetha Arts banner and M M Keeravani has composed the music. Chinni Krishna has written the story and Ravi Varman is the cinematographer.
